Reading & reporting
Keep the read moving
toward the final report.
Study selection, image review and reporting in one radiologist workflow. CIVIE opens the viewer, available clinical context and ASR Reporting together, so each read moves from the worklist to a signed report with fewer handoffs.

The challenge
Minutes lost
at every handoff.
Studies wait in the wrong queue
Cherry-picking, uneven lists and siloed worklists leave urgent studies waiting while others are read first.
Dictation takes too long
Measurements typed by hand, priors opened one by one and templates that don't fit the study.
Signed isn't delivered
A failed fax or a missing referrer address means the report is done but the physician doesn't have it.

The read, step by step
Five steps,
fewer handoffs.
Recorded in CIVIE on demonstration studies, with identifiers blurred.
Start with viewing and reporting together.
Open the exam from the Universal Worklist, and the viewer and ASR report launch side by side, with the template and exam details in place.
Bring comparisons and context into the read.
Hang the prior beside the current study and scroll both together, with connected EMR information a click away.
Move from findings to a reviewed draft.
Dictate the findings; ASR prepares a template-matched draft with your words highlighted, for you to review and sign.
Continue with the next study.
Sign with the deficiency check, then return to the queue or let the next study open automatically.
See where work needs attention.
Turnaround and reporting activity by site and radiologist, from connected analytics. Illustrative data.

answered.
Yes. SLAs are set per client, site, modality and patient class, such as STAT ED or routine outpatient, and the worklist escalates against each one.
