Building on our radiology practice expertise, we founded CIVIE (originally Collaborative Imaging) to expand the technologies available to our peers.
We brought our first product to market to help radiologists work and collaborate more efficiently.
With the launch of our RCM product, we focused on improving billing processes, enhancing collections, and minimizing operational burdens for radiology practices.
Our PACS was developed to simplify sharing studies and connect radiologists to peers and patients in real time. This cloud-based solution was designed from the outset to seamlessly scale.
After improving operations in back-end systems, we looked at improving the front end—from patient interactions to optimizing scheduling.
We identified another opportunity to improve productivity using AI with our Speech to Text ASR. Helping physicians simplify note-taking and reporting enables increased throughput.
The backing of leading healthcare-focused private equity firm, Windrose Health Investors, has allowed us to introduce new innovations and advanced AI-powered capabilities.
In 2025, we introduced our Foundation LLM Model, expanding CIVIE’s AI capabilities across workflows, reporting, coding assistance, and operational automation. This milestone accelerated innovation across all products.
